I made the first one of these for a Men’s Alliance brother. I shaped the leather to match the coin — arrowhead for arrowhead — and cut the window so the center shows: crossed hammers, 27:17, right there every time you pull it out. He told me the fit was “so on point.” That’s the whole job.
Here’s the honest part: this won’t make you a better leader. The coin already proved that. What it does is keep it on you, every day, where it can do its job — remind you.
Why this holds up:
• Full-grain leather. It won’t crack. It’ll darken and age with you.
• Hand-stitched. The seams hold.
• Cut to the arrowhead shape, with a window that frames the MA logo.
• A leather pull so it rides on a belt loop, pack, or keychain.
