EU Right of Withdrawal (14-day cooling-off)

If you're a consumer in the EU, you can withdraw from your order within 14 days, without giving a reason.

The 14 days start the day you (or someone you name) receive the goods. If an order arrives in separate shipments, the 14 days start from the day the last item arrives.

How to withdraw

• Use the "Withdraw from your order" button on our site [link], or
• Just tell me clearly — email send@pirategoods.shop, or write to [Vitalii Hilevych, Knyazhyi zaton 13, apt 88, Kyiv, 02095, Ukraine]. You can use the form below, but you don't have to.
• To make the deadline, send your withdrawal before the 14 days are up. That's enough — it doesn't matter when it reaches me.

What happens next

• I'll confirm I got your withdrawal by email.
• I'll refund everything you paid for the order, including standard delivery, within 14 days of being told — using the same payment method you used.
• I may hold the refund until the goods are back with me, or until you show me you've sent them.
• Send the goods back within 14 days of telling me you're withdrawing.
• [You cover the direct cost of return shipping.]
• Handle the items like you would in a shop — check the fit and the leather. But if they come back showing use beyond that, you're responsible for the drop in value.
