All leather products are made in Ukraine. Average production time of all leather goods is 2-5 days. We do our best to speed-up the process, but our main rule is - quality over quantity.
USA. We ship DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) to the US. Any duties owed are already covered in your order, so you won't be charged anything extra when your package arrives. US customs rules changed so duties can now apply to any package regardless of value — because we prepay this for you, it doesn't add anything to what you paid at checkout.
EU orders are also Delivery Duty Paid. VAT and the EU's customs duty are already covered in your order, so you won't be charged anything extra when your package arrives. This applies to every order, regardless of value.
Outside the US and EU, we ship DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). Import duties and taxes are set by your own country and vary widely — if they apply, they're paid by you when the package arrives, not included in your order. Please check with your local customs office to see what, if anything, applies before you buy.

After the package has been sent, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use any local national post tracking system. If you cannot track your package with a national post system, just check it with 17 track service: https://www.17track.net/en
