The Boatswain v3 is a flat leather card holder — same slim profile as the Venturer v2, but with a wider body that fits six to nine cards and a dedicated cash pocket. If you've been using the Venturer and running out of slots, this is the natural next step.

The leather (and why it's named on the label)
Most card holders just say "genuine leather." That tells you nothing. Here's exactly what you're getting:
- Crazy Horse (Rusty) — waxed pull-up leather. Scratches rub out with your thumb. Darkens with carry, most character over time.
- Ponte / Ponte Wax (Natural, Tan) — vegetable-tanned, smooth finish. Natural is lighter; Tan has a warmer tone. Both patina gradually.
- Koala (Cigar, Black) — smooth, even, minimal marking. The cleaner look that stays consistent.
All full-grain — the top layer of the hide, not corrected or bonded scraps. Built to outlast a few phones.
