Shipping
All leather products are made in Ukraine. Average production time of all leather goods is 1-3 weeks. So please wait until your order is crafted. Due to the Russian invasion of Ukraine, certain delays are possible. Post offices are working well, so there are no problems in sending the package, it just may take a bit more time.

Tracking
After the package has been sent, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use any local national post tracking system. If you cannot track your package with a national post system, just check it with 17 track service: https://www.17track.net/en
Shipping cost
Average price is about $10-20 USD depending on the package size. Exact pricing is calculated at checkout.
All packages are shipped internationally by UkrPoshta (Ukrainian national post).
- UkrPoshta Express: Only for USA (default option), average time of delivery is 7-14 days since the day of dispatch
- UkrPoshta: For all countries, average time of delivery is 1-3 weeks to Europe since the day of dispatch; about 3-6 weeks to Australia.

- EU customers will pay VAT's while receiving the package, for additional information you need to contact your local customs office
- Usually orders are shipped on Tuesday's
- Pirate Goods cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed parcels. Be careful when you input your address, names and surnames, cities names, phone numbers
- No delivery to russia and Belarus.
